สบน. รับโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณจากตลาดหลักทรัพย์ลักเซมเบิร์กในโอกาสจดทะเบียนพันธบัตรส่งเสริมความยั่งยืน SLB425A
เมื่อวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 2569 นายธิบดี วัฒนกุล รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ เป็นผู้แทนรับมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณและค้อนที่ระลึกซึ่งเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของพิธีลั่นระฆัง (Bell-Ringing Ceremony) จากตลาดหลักทรัพย์ลักเซมเบิร์ก (Luxembourg Stock Exchange: LuxSE) ณ ศูนย์ประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ เนื่องในโอกาสที่พันธบัตรรัฐบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมความยั่งยืน (Sustainability-Linked Bond) รุ่น SLB425A ได้เข้าจดทะเบียนใน Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX) ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับตราสารหนี้เพื่อความยั่งยืนของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ลักเซมเบิร์ก ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในตลาดตราสารหนี้กลุ่ม ESG ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก เมื่อวันที่ 28 กันยายน 2569
พันธบัตรรัฐบาลรุ่น SLB425A มีเป้าหมายด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศ (Climate) และการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ (Nature) เป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญ การจดทะเบียนใน LGX สะท้อนว่ากรอบการดำเนินงานและการเปิดเผยข้อมูลด้านความยั่งยืนของพันธบัตรรัฐบาลไทยได้มาตรฐานและมีความโปร่งใสเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล อีกทั้งยังช่วยเชื่อมโยงตลาดทุนโลกเข้ากับเป้าหมายด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศและการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติของประเทศไทย
PDMO Received Plaque of Recognition from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for the Listing of SLB425A
On 16 October 2026, Mr. Tibordee Wattanakul, Acting Director-General of the Public Debt Management Office, received a plaque of recognition and a commemorative bell-ringing ceremony gavel from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The recognition marks the listing of Thailand's Sustainability-Linked Bond SLB425A on the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX), LuxSE's dedicated platform for sustainable securities and one of the world’s leading platforms for ESG-related securities, on 28 September 2026.
SLB425A incorporates climate- and nature-related targets as core features. Its listing on LGX demonstrates that the sustainability framework and disclosure practices of Thai government bonds meet international standards of quality and transparency. The listing also connects global capital markets with Thailand's goals for climate action and nature conservation.
